ER-120S® Grinding Media Features

of SEPR "ER" series of zirconium silicate grinding beads, Quackenbush
can now meet your mill media needs. We offer competitive pricing
for ER-120A®, ER-120S®, and the latest product
from SEPR/Saint Gobain, ERMIL®. All three types of beads
are electrofused zirconia that feature a very smooth surface for low
mill and media wear. One advantage of the production
method is that a wide variety of diameters are available. Indeed,
the electrofusing process is the best method of producing very small diameter beads. For
larger diameter media needs, our QBZ-58A is the product of choice due
to it's tight size tolerances and high spericity. Sizes available are 0.1, 0.2,
0.3, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0, 1.25, 1.6, and 2.0 mm diameters.
